Information On Departments Of Clothing
In many department stores and clothes stores, there are sections different from one another meant for varying people. For instance, pants for men are located in the mens section, blouses for women are located in the womens section, shorts for boys are located in the boys section, and girls t shirts are located in the girls section. Here is a little info on the clothing that is in each department.
Ties and other clothing for men can be located in their section. This department is typically split up into two sections, one for casual attire, like jeans, t-shirts, and shorts, and the other for formal attire such as jackets, pants, suits, and other work related and professional clothes.
Women can find a lot of things in their section. Other than clothes, jewelry is sometimes put into the same department. Women will be able to find skirts, pants, belts, dresses, blouses, and other accessories there. Numerical sizes are often used, such as a size zero and two being the smallest, a four and six being a standard small, an average of eight for mediums, and any higher numbers for larger sizes.
Some younger women like to shop in the juniors section. The age range is usually fourteen to twenty five. The sizes there are the standard small, medium, large, and above.
Boys will find clothes in their section that are more casual. This is a section that caters to school appropriate clothing usually. A lot of mothers can actually be seen shopping in this section for their children.
Shirts for girls come in the trendiest styles in their department. Each season there are new styles added to match the current trend and popular colors. For example, when the weather starts getting a little warmer, you will find a lot of cotton tops that are lightweight in the current vibrant colors for the season. When the weather is colder, tops are usually found in more muted colors that are thicker.
Other than the current season trends, girls shirts also feature the latest pop culture icons on them. If a cartoon character, movie, or TV show gets really popular, their logo, name, phrases, and image are put onto the clothing design. In this department, wholesome, family friendly ones will be there.
